I turned 32 on Saturday. One of my work colleagues thought I didn't look 32, but there you have it.

One of the benefits for me that comes from living in Australia is the fact that the first Monday in October is a holiday, so I always have a long weekend on or near my birthday. I took the opportunity to spend the long weekend in Sydney.

That was such an intense session. I was VERY happy with you though. You tried your heart out for me and you know how I value that.

I know how much you like to see exertion and effort, so I wanted to give it to you.

Oddly enough, the sorest thing on Sunday was my throat, probably from groaning so much.

Sounds like a happy birthday indeed. Marvellousness exponential. Makes me want to run to the nearest whip-wielding beauty and ask sweetly for a good ol'-fashioned thrashing!

Your photos in this entry really hit my maternal side...not in a wow-that-must-really-hurt or a I-really-want-to-fix-it kinda way, because that would defeat the purpose of the session. More of a kind of...well, the urge to soothe a hurt (as opposed to 'fixing it' or preventing it) can be rather strong (and very instinctive) at times.

And I'd probably explain that better when I'm more awake. Glad it was an emotionally easier birthday session this time around.

That sounds a lot like something kinkycatlady once said about watching a session. The guy in question was really into humiliation, but she instinctively saw a person in some distress and wanted to comfort them.

Were you in Sydney last weekend too?

Instinctive is a good word. And nope, not in Sydney - I spent the weekend soaking (literally) at the coast.
