I used to have a pair of SRT boots that I got from Army Disposal store, they were great for hiking, kink events and just day to day wear. Unfortunately the leather on them died within a year. So now I'm on the lookout for a new pair of similar style boots.

Thought my Jonny Reb boots have lasted me 10 years of kink events and occasional wear.

I love versatile articles. I've never bought anything to wear that was exclusively kinky (well aside from a collar) though I know I will one day.

I think army disposal is the way to go on this.

LOVE the boots, you should get those. It's a personal bias, but if you can get hold of cold weather/snow DCPs, it's a great look...

I think I might, but I want to see some up close first.

Also, DCPs?

Disruptive camoflauge pattern - which I'm sure I've spelt incorrectly, but you get the gist. Army pants.

There are plenty of places online, but I would like to try things in person even if I buy online.

Call me biased as a lady who likes to ride, but I can't go past a fine pair of Texan cowboys (I mean their boots.) Also, I andmany other lassies have a thing for men in skirts: we ladies have the unfair monopoly on skirts in the west, but anything on the spectrum from a kilt to a sarong is divine: making a skirt look masculine is possible man's finest achievement. Pennicilin and the locomotive aren't bad either.

I think I could pull off a kilt. (Wait, that sounded better in my head.) It's on the long term list.

I own two pairs of these boots.
The first pair I bought for my girlfriend (we have the same size feet) and she complained my old Army boots were too heavy. She never wore them only once so I used them, lightweight boots can be very useful when travelling and check-in baggage is only twenty kilograms.
I bought the second pair last year because my first pair is now seven years old. I polish up the new boots but the old boots I wear when painting and gardening.
