I've been on a long downward trajectory over the past six months, and just last week I finally saw my GP and got a referral to see a psychologist for depression ( Read more... )

Depression isn't fun. i've been going through it myself, the good news is that you have lots of friends around you who care.

Yes I'm not lacking for friends. In a way, I guess I'm in a good state to take on depression.
