Harddrive on my NEW computer melts...geek squad says call HP for a recovery disk. Yeah right. Someone from India wanted our credit card number and it is not guaranteed to get here until next week. If I plunk down the money, I can get it fixed in a few days. Might just do that.

I had a dream that I was president and that I balanced the budget by legalizing drugs. I was everyone's hero, especially the Libertarians. Then I woke up and realized that I'm old enough to run for president. Hmmmm...

Only I could screw up banana pancakes so badly they make me sick just thinking about them. The bananas were really brown, and I was thinking "ah, they're perfect for breads" only when I peeled them I noticed they haven't ripened that much.
