Well once more I'm the the country of Kuwait. New base though it looks all the same as the last one 2 years ago. The good thing is they have multiple phone centers, air conditioning that works, and this internet cafe. All three are open 24/7. So things are a lot better this time around. Lot better than the ship too. I have natural sunlight once
