Acid reflux
I know I didn't eat enough yesterday, but I just wasn't feeling like it. Woke up just now, 9/21, 2am. Peed myself a little in a dream, so I forced myself awake. After the powder riom i was still coughing. So i got my cane and hobbled to the fridge. Put ywllow mustard on a spoon and wash weed it down. Got through the procedure. Didnt even know it was happening. No obvious problems. Biopsies to see.
MRI next. Feeling good. -
Time to take my pills
The thing about being chronically ill is that you have to go in for tests. No food for the next 2 days. Not happy. It starts now. Only liquids for the next day Sunday. Monday, 3am pills and that's the last liquid in my body until after 2pm.
9am MRI arrival 8:00am

Moving
One week before moving, I was admitted to the hospital with a bowel infection and a blockage. I couldn't stand up because my blood pressure was so low. They put in an NG tube (pure hell), and nothing by mouth for 2 days. on the second day, I produced waste, and it was at that moment that I knew I wasn't going to die.

Ghosted
So I'm pretty sure I just got ghosted. it makes no sense. we were very compatible, and we really enjoyed talking to each other. I miss him already and it's only been a week we've been talking. Happy
So I took about 3 hours of mental health time today, and I spent it looking for "happy things". Happy by Pharell is in my head now. But one of my problems is that I tend to like dark and sad things, hopeless things. I woke up at midnight, certain that there was a severed head under my pillow. Whose head? James from Masterchef 4. I'm having bad mental health issues.

Upset
My husband of five years has been dead 5 months.
Angry, feeling suicidal. I'm angry that I have to deal with this move alone. I am making progress, but for every box I pack, the more my heart hurts. If we were moving, we'd be moving together.
