I think that it would be astounding if, even briefly, things in my life were able to come in to focus and have a clear-cut, visible outline of what they are and might have the potential to become. But in the same breath, I am awed by, and perhaps even thankful for, the knowledge that this will never be the case

Up in the air is okay, for us. We're still young, and things aren't supposed to be concrete for people our age.

By the way, I've always loved your writing. I love the way your descriptions of things are always so succinct, yet detailed enough that I can envision exactly what you're talking about in my head.
