looks like I might be getting a divorce..went to therapy w/husband and he doesn't want to try, wants to leave.

I have been reconnecting with my past, recent and far-off, via Facebook.  And it has made me realize something pretty big:  sometimes the person you most need to forgive is yourself.

So I was looking for a better thesaurus than the one at dictionary.com today, and I found a page where they also had this great word quiz.  You have to match one obscure long difficult word with its obscure difficult synonym.  Of course I fell in love at "cynatium," the first word I saw.  Anyway, they had the word penultimate there.  At the end of ( Read more... )

I worked my ass off today getting stuff off the ground in the garage, and I sweat my ass off.  I know I didn't drink enough, but I just didn't think of it because I was panicked that if the  hurricane pulled a Katrina, I didn't want any good stuff ruined.  Anyway, as I was browsing, and still now, I get this huge headache with double vision.  ( Read more... )
