That's where fiction comes in handy - you don't have to be faithful to reality. You don't want to have to explain in the poem that she let you read the diary - (I don't think so, anyway).
I admire your emotional honesty in your poetry - very raw, frank, without artifice.

I think that is a trademark of what I write -- it is very open and honest without regard to what it will make people think of me. I'm not afraid of being real; everyone else is whether they admit it or not.
I second what dfleming said. Also, It is refreshing to see a poet that isn't afraid to express what they really feel without worrying about the "angst-haters." I look forward to seeing more from you.
