This is a historic day. Yesterday the United States elected Barack Obama as President, they voted for change, they voted for compassion and hope. Yesterday was the funeral of a very important person to me, Grandma Rupp. My parents moved into my house in 1980, and she has lived in the cute red brick story-and-a-half next door that entire time, and she has been like a Grandma to me. So lately I am totally addicted to The View on TV. Have you watched it lately? It's got some major sass since Rosie is on it and argues CONSTANTLY with the conservative youngin' on the show, Elisabeth. The first twenty minutes on that show is an essential part of my day now. So this weekend my mom and I went to Chicago for my first of two internship interviews. We drove there saturday, checked into the hotel, had dinner and slept.
