I re-downloaded the LJ-Archive program too from SourceForge, though some reports say it hasn't kept up with LJ code. Haven't tried it just yet...

I used it a few times many years ago, with outstanding results (got all the comments too!) ... but I've read that with LJ changes over the years, it might not work as well... without some adjustments.
Read "MDANNOV"s notes in the comments as for what to do. If it looks tricky, maybe ask a programmer friend to help with the tweaks,... and keep us posted :>
