It was tough out there, knee got sore quickly so could only manage 4, doing long distances is good. Felt I did well despite that

So it took hold at 4 and I really couldn't afford to keep going, for the record I'm doing it on my block laps not on a track so it is quite hilly.

Uni this morning, really didn't want to wake up, got there late and was told by Zoe we had a progress report to do, which meant we had to make up stuff, like we'd done anything, and she seemed to accept that we haven't had time to get together as group to do anything seriously ( Read more... )

Hurrah passed Ian's lit review of doom, as long as I keep passing I'm happy. Back to running again on Monday, didn't think I'd miss it as much as I have, there's been pros (not stressing about fitting in runs) and cons (not running) but I'm looking foward to my charge toward the Bay to Bay, in the process I'd like to see my 10km PB (58.00) go down ( Read more... )
