I fenced saber this weekend. I drew Rebecca Ward for my last bout. Shes only number one in the world for womens saber and representing the US in China this Beijing this year. What she was doing at a local competition was anyones guess... but I didn't get completely schooled. So thats good. Tied for highest number of touches on her by anyone during

Maybe that's the secret - to fence while somewhat plugged up. Maybe does something for your inner ear and thus better balance...heh.
Any chance you'll be coming down south for fencing anytime soon? We'd sure like to trade germs with, er I mean, meet Mr Rhade!

hopefully this summer. Nationals is in cali again. well, div 1's are there and I want to to saber and epee teams. so its something I am trying to plan and work out.
