so i'm finally back to working out... worked out a week ago last saturday, did my maxes this past saturday. Yesterday my regime began with my torso work outs. Today was bench. I'm feeling pretty good already, and i'm excited. debating doing a weekly update/ posting pictures of it just to give me motivation once i start losing fat and building ( Read more... )

where to start... it's been a good semester. I've finally been relieved of VD. I'm sure a ton of people are glad I'm no longer in position, and that's fine with me. I never wanted it to begin with, people could have asked me to step down at any time.
