OK, because so many people have asked me for these here they are.

That's also another problem you have, limited upstream bandwidth.

And perhaps you should consider investing a few dollars in newer hardware. You can pick-up a 1U rakmount modern (1.3 GHz AMD) machine for under $600. And if you want to just throw some componets together you can get cheaper than that.

Well I'm retty sure it's the processor, and not the bandwidth so much. The load on the computer has been around 6 for a while, and after posting this I was watching top running and seeing 4 apache threade each taking up between 22 and 27% of the processing time. That and memory seemed to be an issue, because kswapd was always in the top 5 and sometimes was running using 50% or more of the load ( ... )
