reluctantly, i've finally finished off all of the aforementioned potato salad. two fundamental flaws: 1.) distracted by jazz and dog vomit, i overcooked the potatoes 2.) the dressing:potato ratio was much too low. could've been worse i suppose

1. cut up whatever vegetables you like.. (I usually use onions, lots of carrots, some broccoli, and peas)
2. in a pan heat up some olive oil and put some chili powder, cayenne pepper in it so it blends
3. saute onions early and add the rest of the vegetables and the crumbled up tofu once they are browned.
4. add 2 Tbp of soy sauce (more or less depending on taste, im estimating)
5. add a bit of water and then add garlic powder, more chili powder, black pepper, garam masala (or a bit of cumin if you dont have that), chipotle powder if possible..
the tofu should of soaked up a bunch of flavor and should be brownish..
put on top of whole wheat pasta and thats all!
i guess its kinda like a lo mein thing.. i usually put the pasta in with all the vegetables and tofu towards the end and cook it with it for a little while to soak up flavor.
hmmm.. this took longer than i thought to explain..
