What I don't understand is how guys with that much money and power keep getting busted. I mean it's too much to ask for to get a leader with morales it seems but basic intelligence shouldn't be out of the question.

Dear, his wife was there to make him look better than he is. It's a part of his personality flaw: It's ALL about him and what he wants. He's been cheating on her for years blowing huge amounts of THEIR income to do it. He only cares about what makes him feel good. Why else would he do this to her, to the people who voted him in, the state he represents? He was a D.A. 4 years back, busting and convicting people doing the same exact thing he was doing... EVEN back then. More than the cheating he has broken Federal laws in transporting a prostitute across state lines and masking transactions to pay for these services. People attacked Giuliani for arranging security and transportation for his mistress/later 2nd wife ( ... )
