DOOM always seems to have a weakness when it comes to the female of the species. (Hello Squirrel Girl, Hello Sue Storm.) Carrie will kill him with her brain.

Here's the thing.

Doom has tangled with people who have actual high-tier superpowers. He fought Superman, once, in a very odd crossover comic, and while he didn't win, he did manage to evade capture and nearly take out the Man of Steel.

Carrie has a few telekinetic tricks, which are just about enough to take out teenagers.

Killing teenagers is not difficult. Doom kills teenagers all the time.

Doom wins.
