You just know he will figure out a way* to exploit Carrie's teenage-girl weakness. Then she'll either not notice and he'll kill her, or she'll just go ahead and kill herself.

*Honestly, all he'll have to do is be nice for a little while and she'll be all his. If he's feeling extra manipulative he'll put her near some other teenage girls and then she'll kill them all and herself.

I feel largely disinterested in this fight, but I'm actually going to vote for Carrie. Know why? Because I'm pretty sure that Doom would underestimate her, and that is a sure-fire way of getting one's self killed via horrible telekinetic death: underestimating Carrie White. I see him crushed to death by his own armour as she squeezes him with her mind, like an empty soda can.
