oh, yes. i think most 9.5 year olds have that much in common. in fact, if i know dana, she will want to celebrate by continuing her current quest to eat all the mcribs, all the mcribs everywhere.

heh. the new flat screen is entirely hers to do with as she pleases (but she's a deangirl, so i'm sure there's plenty of SPN in her future), since i already have the BIGGEST TELEVISION OF EVER set up in my living room.

Plus, I find it really cool how kids can write an essay about fire safety and win a freaking TV in the US... over here, most parents and teachers are so dumb overly scared of any sort of bad influence that she probably would have won some boring tree-hugger cookbook with low-fat-vegan-unripe-spelt-grain-recipes.
