This lack of support almost makes me want to punch babies.
That or take a trip with....him back in time to when Dell was good and kick whoever was responsible for this abomination of a support department.

Apparently you gotta be really adamant with those cunts. A friend of mine had to call his credit card company to cancel payment to Dell after he sent his laptop to them to get it repaired and never got it back. D:
