Where does the time go?

December twenty-fourth, ten p.m,
Eastern Standard Time.
I can't believe a year went by so fast,
Time to see, what we have time to see.

Merry Christmas, all. I'll reflect on 2009 later.

It's days like today that not only make me glad to have some great friends that stood through the test of time, but also that I actually did a lot this summer without being held back.

I can actually go to bed without staying up for hours while my mind runs circles. I'm at peace with myself.

I find it funny that my LJ is my homepage, yet I've had no ambition to update it at all over the past month.

But, life is good.

Is it bad to just completely stop caring about trying to make others happy?

Toronto wasn't that bad. Granted, we all drove each other nuts at some points during the trip, Toronto revealed itself to be a great place to visit. Though, I was glad to get home to have my own space. Maybe I'm just incapable of sharing my space for long periods of time, but there's just something comfortable about being able to curl up in my own ( Read more... )

BTW, I'm in Toronto, ON as I type this. I'll be there until next Sunday. So far, I've spent far more money than what I'm used to, done far too much walking and took many pictures.

(There's also been a lot of other shenanigans, but we won't get into those)
