Ok so I have only been here for about two weeks, and I've been seriously thinking of the big t-word. Yeah that's right I want to TRANSFER. I'm not sure if this college is the right place for me anymore. I don't fuckin know what would be the right place for me but I am willing to do some research to see if there are truly any better options for me

Aw, I know how you feel. Researching other schools is always a good idea but make sure you think it through if you do decide to transfer. I'm kind of regretting moving from Pratt now but I didn't stay there as long as you stayed at MICA so err, your reasons for wanting out are probably more valid. X)

Hey you. Okay, I'm a HUGE advocate for transferring if you really aren't getting what you need at MICA. I mean, I basically transferred from Buffalo because I was lonely. I guess you just really need to think hard about what you would expect a bigger school to be like. Buffalo was enormous, but that didn't make it any easier to meet people. Even the kids who did much better than me pretty much found a group and stuck to it. There is a chance that you might go to a university and find that it's just as hard to meet people, while also realizing that the friend group you have at MICA right now is pretty awesome in comparison
