breakfast= 2 rye bread pieces w/ jam. 2 eggs. strawberries.
snack= 1 serv of yogurt. 2 servs lite milk.
lunch= eggplant, fried in lite olive oil. 1 sev. lite milk. 1/3 of club dark chocolate 358 cal..

its great!! I just used too much olive oil when i cooked it. had to throw half of it away cause it was too saturated :(
