Then I ended up housesitting for a friend in Bradford, then rented the house next to his, sold my soul to ( Read more... )

What now? Learn some new stuff? Go travel? I'm no good at these things! What are you doing now, still at your parents?

Dave! Good to hear from you. I'd agree with Alice, learn something or travel or something along those lines.
Lots of love

Patrick! Rah, still trying to get my head around doing things again, hence the several days/weeks it took me to reply. I really wanted to learn sciency things again, although I may wait a few years until more sciency stuff is discovered.

Good to have you back :)

I've been looking at a cat and dog.... wazstheword a bit drunk, rental place, like they give pets to people.... one of those places that rehome animals. Very much thinking of voluntary work with shelters, although all the warning signs around the akita dogs and all their psychotically barkyness was a bit worrying.
Saw a lovely collie lurcher crossbreed who looked so so sad though. Had to make a personal rule not to adopt any more animals... he looked so sad, and had a bad scrape on his back leg, and huge brown eyes that seemed to say "where am I, why don't I have an owner, would you be my owner and give me hugs?"
