Evidently I won't be going to UWM this year. I got a call from a residency specialist today telling me that because I moved back to Illinois, I didn't qualify for resident tuition. Yeah, it's the same way around here. If you don't live in-state, then you shouldn't even bother applying to the state colleges and universities, because it's a better deal going somewhere private.
