ok last night I was freaking out because all my Yeast was at the bottom of the barrel. Thats very bad for fermentation of ales. In Ales the Yeast ferments at the top. Well there is a steadily rising amount of yeast at the top. so I'm not freaking out anymore. I'm treating this like its my baby, and yes I did steal that from an episode of Futrerama.

Well I started to Its gonna take about 14 days total, broken into two weeks seven days a piece, what can I say. Seven days to create the earth, Seven days for the primary fermentation, I think beer is a Holy thing do think a priest could use it in communion. If they could I think everyone would be catholic.

ok so I did some yard work much to my mental regret. I hate doing yard work I've always hated I'll never enjoy it. Then I went to work, and discovered that everyone at Carcker Barrel is really really fucking happy, and married and has kids. I feel kind of like a kid there.
