So weird -- I've taken two days off work, just because I needed the break & to try & get some clarity.... I just feel guilty. I've got two weeks off in August when my mum will be down to do some unit hunting with me... GAH! Exercise is the DEVIL! The worst part is I'm FULLY addicted to it. I'm so excited about my next class or my next PT session even while every muscle in my body aches from the last one! It's so disgustingly sick & masochistic -- I LOVE IT!

So I picked it up from Borders on Saturday afternoon & settled down at 8pm to read it... 3 & a half hours later I was done & left wondering what the point was.
