I wrote this at the end of last year, but felt like posting it to get some feedback. It resulted from a daily prompt at online writing group I belong to... It flowed pretty easily but I'm not sure where to go from here or if I should just leave it... All criticism (constructive or otherwise) greatfully received.

That's such a beautiful, sad story!
I love the way you never say what actually happened to Mrs Ramirez. Whether or not she was killed in an accident or whatever.
It's an awesome short story and you really feel for Catherine too cause she's the one who has to remind him about what happened to his wife and clearly she's been doing this for him for a long time.
