well, here we go again with another cartoon review of the year. some of these cartoons appeared in private eye, the spectator, and others. some didn't find a publisher in the short window of time a freelancer has to sell topical cartoons before the story lies flat on its back in the mortuary, having choked on its own vomit. or some other tortuous ( Read more... )
