I am making major headway on my work. It's amazing how swiftly it all seems to be coming together, especially now that I'm only teaching one class. Of course I'm still tutoring but with only one course to prepare and mark and get up the energy for I have been able to dedicate myself to much more interesting pursuits. You can't remember your last glass of wine? Same here, but I bet it's for differant reasons...

Nice to see you've made goals for yourself, that's important. Now try making a nice matching set of luggage...

It sounds like you're almost afraid of forgetting how to have fun.... insert the overly dramatic gasp shock horror here... Still, it's good not to be stereotyped... you hoser... eh?

Ps: Mel Gibsons movies are getting worse, I just saw his remake of The Life Of Brian, and it was nowhere NEAR as funny as the original....

lol. At least I can rely on you to make me laugh every once in awhile.

Mel Gibson remade The Life of Brian? Wha...? I bet that was a painful experience.
Please tell me you didn't pay money to see it...

You have yourself a good week! Keep thinking of new puns. ;-)

Little birds
Delta of Venus
Wings of Artiface
A spy in the house of love.

There are others I have not yet found. I love the literature of the 1930s european avant garde. Millar, Maleraux, Bois, Hemmingway,....

and the poetry of the same era, like Lorca,

I think I've read Farewell to Arms five thousand times. It was my favourite in university.

I haven't read too much of the genre, however. I was more caught up in the 19th century. If you have any recommendations, I'd love it. I really enjoy Nin's style.
