I hate the hospital

The worst thing about being abroad is being away from the one doctor in the world I have an ounce of respect for. I'm less exhausted by the pain and more exhausted just from trying to explain things to the MD in the emergency room. And even then he didn't listen. Because why would the patient know anything about her own condition
