Must not collapse

It's not right that I should stay up all night with such drudgery. Normally I never mind pulling an all-nighter. But when what's keeping me up is so... so... painful, I do not at all appreciate it ( Read more... )

::blinks:: This is your first ever headache? I can't even imagine what that would be like. I've been getting insane headaches since I was rather young (13ish, I would imagine). You're very lucky. As far as remedies go, I normally just pop some pills and hope that they work. It sounds like you have a stress/tension headache, so removing the stress from your life would also help, but I'm sure that's impossible. Take a break, maybe do some deep breathing. That may help lessen the pain. I normally only get brutal sinus headaches, so I don't have much overall headache knowledge.

Yeah, I consider myself pretty lucky. I've suffered pain in other areas, but only very rarely in my head. Compared to what you've gone through my pathetic little ache was probably nothing, but I appreciate the advice! Stress reduction will probably benefit every area of my life. I'm workin' on it.

Take it easy!

Bernadino if a fine fizzy cheap wine to be enjoyed over there! Drink lots of it and repeat of neccassary. I've had the flu for the past week, so headaches are constant, frankly drink is the only cure! (well it's not really, but at least you can enjoy your misery!)

Speaking of which, do you know how HARD it is to get directions to The Crescent in Limerick???? GAWD..... how did you ever survive??? Finally found it after 3 sets of directions that led no where!

Anyway, you have to be a proffessor so I can call you "Doc" remember? Can't take over the world without a good insane "Doc" to rely on!

Alcohol as a cure for head pain.... Hmmmm... Well, I've always believed in giving anything a shot at least once!

I hope you're feeling much better by now. Take care of yourself, eh? Can't take over the world with a virus hanging over you.

Actually they also had some good hits, and their remix album was great....... anyway, on a totally unrelated note.....

Feeling much better now thanks, abnormal service has been fully restored. Hey, what DO I get to call you anyway? Will it be Dr B? Proffesor B? I mean, you have to look at the whole superhero/villeness angle here ya know. I need clarification darn it!

So........... ya tried Tim Tams yet?

They were bad for British synth-pop, but I was more of a Pet Shop Boys fan, if it comes to that. Can't beat a song called "You Only Tell Me You Love Me When You're Drunk".

I'm glad to hear you're no longer plauged with illness or hacking up several internal organs. Very good news indeed.

Hmmm, neither of those names sound villainy enough. Dr. B sounds too much like a call-in radio show host.

You're not talking about that horrible chocolate biscuit thing are you? I've seen them in shops and have yet to submit. I will be strong! I like to save my calories for cheesecake and beer.

I hope you're doing better than ever!

Hmm, were you having a headache Friday night by any chance? Well, it was Friday night for me, around 8pm Pacific Daylight Time (same time where your brother lives). Hmm, that's kind of crazy! Yeah, there was a major thing going on in my head, pounding and squeezing, it hurt so bad, I decided to stay in. And I had trouble sleeping because of it. Anyway, all I can say is take aspirin and try to relax. Funny thing is, I haven't been stressed out lately, so it must've been something else entirely.

Odd, the moments such things choose to arrive. It's never opportune.

I hope you're well over all injury now. Take care!

I find the best thing is a good sleep. I know what you mean about not being sure what you want to do anymore.. I'm almost constantly in that boat!

You're probably right. *pulls a face* Sleep. Bah! Tis for the weak and feeble, I say. :-P

I blame our generation.

Sorry you are feeling out of sorts. Is it a tension headache or a migraine? I remember getting a box of medicine for tension headaches with pretty much the same aforementioned name. Hope you feel better now.

I do, at least in that area. Thank you very much for your thoughts.

I hope your own work is running smoothly and you're having a wonderful time of it. Be good to yourself. :-)
