Since I received several nudges, I'm posting the recipe for the aforementioned cake here. I warn you... it won't last very long. Five of us managed to devour the whole thing in less than 24 hours. The calories, however many there are, were definitely worth it. It's not so bad if you share, ya?

I thought this was going to be the one where you take shots of the irish cream while you are making the cake. Glad to see its a legit recipe.

Of course there's nothing to stop you from taking one or two sips. One must make sure the Bailey's hasn't gone bad. Sour cream would ruin the cake. ;-)

Anyway, I actually went ski-ing for the first time yesterday and I have to admit, I mastered it in 3 hours! That is to say, I mastered the art of falling and not hurting myself too badly!

I'm ok going slowly, but once I pick up speed I find it hard to turn..... or stop..... or remain standing....

Polish food is kinda strange, but I likes it!
