I just wish, I don't know what, short of killing the old man for snooping and for being so evil to his son. I hope Jack and Ennis are able to talk with Jacks son and he doesn't turn against them too. Maybe being from more modern times he has accepted homosexuality and even knows about his Dad and Ennis. I just keep my fingers crossed and my thoughts on you to let Bobby be understanding, please. Damn, are they ever going to find happiness or are they destined to end always wander from one place to another.
My heart just breaks for them. At least Ennis is not running again, that would surely be the end for Jack.
I'm very sad for them.
I'll go and have a quite cry now.

That OMT is such a bastard ! What will they do now ? I know it's very important that they are together, and I hope that, no matter what, Ennis will never leave Jack, but there are some very big difficulties ahead: telling Bobby and the girls ! And then they have to find another life...

Your wrote a very beautiful chapter. I hung on every word. I wasn't expecting them to have to leave the ranch but I don't know why I was surprised when OMT caused such a problem. The biggest problem will be for OMT himself if he was honest with himself. I feel sorry for Sybil. Thinking of how happy she was at Christmas *sigh* This is quite a "twist" and will take the story in a very different direction from what I was expecting. I was very happy the way Ennis stood by Jack. And I love their visit back to Brokeback. I'm nervous about the kids and their reaction. I'm nervous about a lot of stuff....change makes me uneasy, but I think Ennis & Jack will be better off away from the old man!!!
