Today I recieved a letter from Stephanie's lawyer. It stated how they wanted to settle the matter out of court. So I called her and she would not even budge with what she wanted. Lately I've been developing a business idea. M&J Transportation will be legally formed March 2nd. We should be ready for business around July. Im going to employ 2 employees to start and from there only time will tell. Looks like about 2008 Ill be leaving my business in Michigan to be ran by my Broker Manager. The days after Christmas now seem like a photo album. Every year I'm now adding new memories with my family on top of past Christmas memories. Well yesterday I was told I could have Nathan for a little while today.... While its now 3pm and I still havent had a call back. I guess I'm not good enough to spend Christmas with my son.

Well today was my Christmas with Nathan according to the FOC. Well I showed up and was told it isnt in Nathans best intrest to be with me today.

Please give a moment of silence to the families of Tim and his GF. This is such a hard thing to deal with during what is supposed to be a happy time of the year. Just be glad to know that they are now with our Father and will be reunited with all of us in due time.

So December 1st Judge W. Wallace Kent, Jr. signed the orignal order signed November 12th, 2005. Stephanie waited out her chance for an appeal. So now I get Nathan every other weekend (Sat&Sun) 12-4pm for 2 months. After 2 months every other weekend 9a-6p for 2 months.
