Oh my goodness, this was so beautiful. I can't even articulate it. Oh god, my eyes are tearing up *_*

The part with the Dai Li agents was so....frustrating. I mean, I was completely blown away by your writing and that part hit me hard. But I wanted to strangle that guy and literally SCREAM that he is a coward and he should listen to Jet or be completely fucked over by the end of this battle, that is how much your writing affects me.

The last paragraph broke the dam, seriously, I don't think I've ever cried so hard over fan fiction :\ The whole fire burning scene and the Jasmine Dragon and god, that one line where Jeong Jeong says "Two children are still inside,"! It was hard for me to get that the Jasmine Dragon was in flames, after how the whole setting was almost always centered around that one gorgeous tea shop and now it's gone, just like that. Poor Iroh, where will he go now after the war? :(

I CRIED.

Wow... that SUCKS! Like suuuucks! I was wondering what was up with the late update! I was like "is this every other week now PERMANENTLY?!" Do we still get a Tuesday update? I am going to differ with some other commentors and way Wow, Dai Li. It would have been out of character in this very real story for them to happily switch sides... but oh, so many layers of complication for the Dai Li to have been protecting the Freedom Fighters in their own way... and now, who knows what will happen on the Day of Black Sun as Jet's words haunt their memories tonight.

And gah. Slash is not my thing, but you make this relationship so very beautiful that it steps out of a genre and into just an exploration of two boys. And I don't mean that in a dirty sense, you FILTHY HEATHENS.
