Why, in God's name, would you ever threaten someone's pet like that? Besides being a pet, it's Artemis. That's one of the most revolting things I can imagine a human being doing.

Minako spoke to me as if I was going to because I was wild and savage, and I said I was not going to but said it meanly as if I had considered it. But that was before I knew that Artemis was a Person of Tau, and not just an animal...

You're better off not consuming dead animal flesh, in the first place. Survival is an entirely different thing, but modern people have better ways to live now. Not that half of them seem to realize it, nor do they ever want to admit it.

The wolf lives by consuming the rabbit. The rabbit consumes the plant, which also lives though it does not speak. It is the way of Nature.

Eat a cat? Couldn't you find something tastier than cat? Although I believe that somewhere in the middle ages, people kept cats to chase the mice away and when they were too old to chase mice, the people ate them.

But I don't know. They're so small and... fuzzy.
