Well Ryan disclosed something to think about last night. He let me know that come February, his mother will probably be moving here and she won't be able to afford a place of her own AND pay his rent and expenses, so the only alternative is for him to find a place with her. I thought about that. Thing is, at this point, I don't want to disappoint anyone by agreeing if by some freak change of events, it doesn't end up happening. But Ryan seemed pretty sure, so yes... come the beginning of the year, if Ryan has to vacate and things still really suck with Matt, we should definitely talk. Until then, I'm stuck in limbo awaiting a definitive, "no-take-backs" answer from Ryan. :)

Yes, his mother. His mother drives him INSANE from all the way in Alabama, I dunno how they're going to deal with eachother under the same roof. Oh well, their funeral...
