I am one great big walking cortizone receptical. Got another shot in my shoulder today. WOOOOHOOOOO maybe some day I will be able to bend and twist the way I was meant to.

This weekend kicked ass. Danny choked his opponent out in 2 min of the 1st round. The concert was INCREDIBLE. The Strand are fucking awesome, If you havent seen them live then seriously your life has a major whole in it.

Hey The Strand are playing Bar Sinister this Saturday. I cannot hype these guys enough they fucking ROXOR live. If you dont believe me ask Rainy and Ben they have seen them live also. We will be there.Basking in my presence should be enough to get you down there. See you Saturday.
