Bleh

Pretty shitty.
Nights really screwed me over. The sleep pattern is still messed up, and i'm really struggling. I hate not sleeping well.
Then there is food stuff.

Working 5pm till 3am is really hard on food. I was getting up about 2, having breakfast, then having a meal before going to work at 4:30, and then sometimes not getting to eat at all during ( Read more... )

It's really good that you've decided to do something to help yourself about this now, I think. *hugs* It sounds really difficult but I'm sure it's worth it!
