4 Weeks ...

I have now been in the hospital for 4 weeks. I really can't believe it's been that long. I know I shouldn't complain because there are many others who have been in longer than myself. I'm just trying to wrap my mind around it. Usually after I've been in the hospital for a week, I'm like a caged rat, can't wait to get out. Even if I'm not feeling

U are a fighter I know that you can pull through, just think of how amazing it is gunna be when you get your new lungs and can take a breathe without coughing your head off, you'll be able to roam free in due time, more energy than you can ever imagine I"m sure of it and your time is coming, i hope very soon.
It may be best for you that you don't really recall the scary times, the body is strange like that.

well at least when you are in the hospital u don't have to worry about much, u have food made for u...good or bad who knows

Wow... your words bring tears to my eyes as I picture what your going through. Going in and out of the icu and being on a constant dose of whirlwinding pain meds, its extremely easy to get lost in that environment. I hope you can find a place to go in your head to get away from everything, thats what got me through what your going through now. I believe you have the strength to pull through, you just gotta dig down deep and find it. Good luck and may your new lungs come on swift wings.

All we can do is be patient and hope and pray everyday. When the time is right it will happen. The hard part is not knowing when that time will be...
