I ate on today after 4 days of no eating. It wasnt much and I dont feel too bad about since im not bloated. Im going to do hot yoga in the morning tomorrow. Then buy a bathing suit. Trying to take it easy

I still havent eaten Ive been drinking so much coffee. I just want to be thin. I dont know how to make my arm flab go away its just disgusting.

Its been quite rough the past few days. I havent eaten today I binged yesterday. Im very nervous my relationship is hanging on by a thread. Ugh so I overate today 700 calories total excluding protein shake. I feel so fat. Im not going to weigh myself and I refuse to eat until friday minimum. discusting. No I MUST stick to the plan. I realized that 1) I have a test tomorrow worth 50% of my overall grade and 2) I hadn't had a bowel movement in a day so I decided to eat. and what do ya know I had a bowel movement and energy to study even more. I just ate a cup and half of pasta with lots of veggies sprinkled with part skim shredded mozzerella and some crackers with a cup of soy milk. Im soooo full. When I think about it though this is less then my calorie intake when I include protein shakes. So Im done for the day hopefully I'll still be 128 tomorrow or 129.
