wild accordion girl

Hey, check out the accordion girl in this pizza commercial.
Is this the same wild accordion girl who would sometimes play at the Plough?
I think her name is Renee and she plays with Culann's Hounds?

It is possible. I have some doubts, only because when I've heard her sing, she has a rougher vocal style and voice than the woman here, but there may have been coaching for the commercial. So, maybe...

Yep, her name is Renee and she is in Culann's Hounds (http://www.sfhounds.com/). She's VERY fun, and this video is VERY Renee.

That is probably Renee. She is rather cleaned up from her more typical look, but I suspect that is all for the camera. She has worked at Lark Camp too, but not for a couple years.

Funny! thanks for sharing

She wasn't at camp last year (her band was on tour), but she was the year before.

This would probably be why darkfuzzyheart is convinced that I have met her, and yet it doesn't ring a bell to me. If she wasn't there, then I haven't!

Good. At least I know my brain isn't fading. :)

Suddenly I'm wishing I hadn't stopped going to the plough. What a cutie.

She hasn't been at the Plough in a long while, so you haven't missed her.

Neither have I. It's been a few years since I went regularly, and at least a year since I've been at all.

I doubted it until the second video. Her voice was much rougher when she was playing at the Plough.

Yes, indeed. I did not see the second video when I replied earlier. It is definitely her.
