Sandy and I looked at a new place today. It is a lot bigger, and the price is right, but I have reservations. We're gonna think about it a while and go back with a tape measure, to see if we can arrange furniture in appropriate ways. Let me know if you want help with rules hacking. I'm so-so at stabbing rules a lot and seeing where they bleed. (hariyos and I have done this in the past: we tend to have our own blind spots and so we catch each other's errors. But this should not be construed as volunteering hariyos for such.)

This made me think of something else: what about the logistical/operational structure for PA? I was thinking this morning that growing the staff infrastructure organically is asking for a disaster: you initially have a small group, so everyone gets used to small-group dynamics, which then fails as the game grows.
Of course, if you start with heavyweight infrastructure with a 15-player, 5-staff game, that has its own problems. :)
But anyways, this seems like a good case of using experience to not repeat history.

"First principles". That's the phrase I was looking for.
You want to figure out what the first principles of infrastructure are. Then you just need to build it and get everyone to use it.
