Need to update this thing more often
After nearly a year-long hiatus, I've been working on my novel again. Last time I worked on it, I had roughly 21k words. I'm up to 24k.
I'm getting there! -
Watching "Terror of Tiny Town"
As a Western, it's not bad. I'll give it that. It has all of the formulaic writing of a typical Western without being stale. The only thing that sets it apart from other Westerns is its cast of Little People. I'll admit the acting isn't the best, but 1) I've seen worse acting from typical actors in Westerns, and 2) they were using who they could. ( Read more... ) -

Received an e-mail regarding an "administrative error" about my teaching certification program. Basically, they redid their policies and now only take undergrads, not post-grads. This would have been nice to know earlier. >:( I've emailed my adviser so I can figure out what do to from here. -

Before I stopped working at RS, I bought a pad that sits under my computer to prevent all of the heat going into my lap.
It came with a fold-out rest for a mouse. I use it as a cup-holder.
