[Can you go ONE DAY without failing, Conrad? Finas was on one of his nightly walks when the familiar skreeing caught his attention. Moving towards the kitten... oh god he would have smiled, but he's holding back. Sighing softly he's crouching down, gently plucking the kitten off the poor bat, holding it in one hand, then placing it on his shoulder before plucking up the bat gently.]

*HE IS A GROSS RED BALL OF CAT SALIVA, he stares up at Finas and offers a hesitant smile but it quickly fades as Pratchett nuzzles Finas' beard.*

[Raising Conrad a little closer, to the breast pocket of his jacket, where some tissues were poking out. It was always a good idea to have some handy.]

*He frowns and takes out a tissue, wiping his face and head with it as the kitten perches on his shoulder neatly*

*The cat mews, blinking as he looks back at the dragon, fur bristling in fear. Conrad gasps and looks up at Toothless, waving his wings*

AH! It's okay! P-Put him down...

[Oh, Toothless wasn't going to hurt him. He sets Pratchett to the side, far enough away that he can catch him if he tries to pin Conrad down.]
