Imagine if we naturally thought of these companies as people and treated their actions towards us exactly how we would do a friend or another kind of relationship.

I think if a friend sent me that many emails and called me (and texted! I got a text later on) that early in the morning, when I didn't owe them anything, trying to get me to give them loads of money - I would be worried about their health and sanity haha.
