I think you've hit the nail on the head with several points.

Everybody I know experiences a readjustment after a career begins. Hell, I am too....but the goal? Eyes on the prize.

So that you can have enough money to buy that incredibly awesome car, buy that house, and give your overly-critical parents the proverbial finger if need be.

You could join the Army, and come hang out with in Iraq. It's actually pretty interesting here. Just a thought.

Yes i remember who you are. Haha, didn't know you read my livejournal though. I hope you're doing well over there. I'm sure its incredibly interesting. Its such a completely different culture from ours.
