This. This, so much. There isn't anything I can say that hasn't already been said, but my ot3 + the perfect Olympics au, and your writing style is so, so suited to it. ♥
i have no words. wow this is just. this is the most gorgeous thing-- 8"( I WANT TO CRY. i'll try to be back with a better comment bec this is my ot3 and you did them so much justice this is so beautiful.
omggg, this was so beautiful ;~~~~; olympic!au too! i love stories like these <3333 (especially if it has anything to do with the water) the language was beautiful and yes to xinghan! ♥ hope to see more xinghan (possibly fanxinghan?) from you in the near future!
this was heartbreaking to read-- the sensation of drowning, the aftermath imagery of diving, and Lu Han relying on the distance between himself and Yixing. The mood of this piece made me feel like everything was on the precipice of falling apart, yet you maintained a very wholesome and collected feel, especially the shifts in views from Yixing to Kris to Lu Han ;~; There are so many gorgeous and breathtaking lines.
I have so many feels for the Beijing olympics and team China, but this totally exceeded my expectations. The mini cameos, the lines about London, flashes of the past, and the way you captured the state sports program. I fell in love with the water imagery as soon Yixing is underwater, listening to Lu Han's legs kicking, surfacing., and reading "I'm trying to learn something that's not us," finishes Yixing. made me shed a sad tear for my soul.
This is honestly my favorite piece from you so far. Keep up the good work.
